Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Big Data technologies in a customer-facing role.
• Proficient coding in Python or Scala.
• Experience with technical project delivery and managing scope/timelines.
• Strong documentation and white-boarding skills.
• Experience working with clients and managing conflicts.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% of the time.
• Nice to have: Databricks Certification.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of impactful customer technical projects including reference architectures and MVPs/greenfield projects.
• Guide strategic customers through end-to-end design, build, and deployment of big data and AI solutions.
• Consult on architecture and design; bootstrap or implement strategic customer projects.
• Provide escalated support for customer operational issues.
• Collaborate with Databricks teams to ensure engagements meet customer needs and deliverables.
• Provide product and implementation feedback to guide rapid resolution of issues.
