Job summary

Estia Health in Melbourne seeks a dedicated Lifestyle Coordinator to lead the lifestyle and volunteer team, delivering innovative and high-quality personal, social, and emotional care to residents. You will design, implement, and maintain resident lifestyle programs aligned to evolving needs and preferences.

On a typical day you’ll build genuine relationships, create engaging programs, and coordinate activities inside and outside the home while setting achievable lifestyle goals for residents.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent) required.
• Standard driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with residents and families.
• Create programs that reach social, emotional, and spiritual fulfillment.
• Coordinate group activities inside and outside the home.
• Set lifestyle goals for residents and implement programs to achieve them.
• Work closely with the wider support team to meet resident needs.
