Estia Health in New South Wales is seeking a Permanent Full-time Lifestyle and Leisure professional to join our aged care team from Monday to Friday. You will help create a home residents love by delivering care standards at the highest level.

On a typical day you’ll build genuine relationships with residents and their families, create programs for social, emotional and spiritual fulfilment, coordinate group activities, set lifestyle goals and work closely with the wider support team to meet

Qualifikationen

• Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent) is required.
• Standard driver's license is required.
• Experience in aged care or community living is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Build genuine relationships with residents and families.
• Create programs for social, emotional, and spiritual fulfilment.
• Coordinate group activities inside and outside of the home.
• Set lifestyle goals for residents and implement programs to achieve these.
