Job summary

Estia Health in Melbourne seeks a dedicated Lifestyle Coordinator to lead the lifestyle and volunteer team, delivering innovative and high-quality personal, social, and emotional care to residents. You will design, implement, and maintain resident lifestyle programs aligned to evolving needs and preferences.

On a typical day you’ll build genuine relationships, create engaging programs, and coordinate activities inside and outside the home while setting achievable lifestyle goals for residents.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent) required.
• Standard driver's license required.

About the Role

The Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for leading the lifestyle and volunteer team in providing innovative and quality personal, social, and emotional care and support to residents. The Lifestyle coordinator will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining resident lifestyle programs to ensure they are aligned to the changing needs and preferences of residents.

On a typical day, you'll:

• Build genuine relationships with the residents and their families
• Create exciting programs that reach social, emotional, and spiritual fulfillment
• Coordinate group activities inside and outside of the home
• Set lifestyle goals for the residents and implement programs to help them achieve these
• Work closely with the wider support team in the home to meet resident's needs

You'll be a real team player who:

• Has a passion for building genuine relationships and a desire to see residents enjoying themselves
• Holds a Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent).
• Holds a standard driver's license
