Estia Health in Croydon North, VIC, is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to lead the lifestyle and volunteer team, delivering innovative personal, social, and emotional care programs for residents.

You will create and maintain resident lifestyle programs aligned to changing needs; build relationships with residents and families; coordinate activities in and outside the home, and work with the wider team to meet residents' needs.

Qualifications

• Holds a Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent).
• Holds a standard driver's license.

About the Role

The Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for leading the lifestyle and volunteer team in providing innovative and quality personal, social, and emotional care and support to residents. The Lifestyle coordinator will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining resident lifestyle programs to ensure they are aligned to the changing needs and preferences of residents.

On a typical day, you'll:

• Build genuine relationships with the residents and their families
• Create exciting programs that reach social, emotional, and spiritual fulfillment
• Coordinate group activities inside and outside of the home
• Set lifestyle goals for the residents and implement programs to help them achieve these
• Work closely with the wider support team in the home to meet resident's needs

You'll be a real team player who:

• Has a passion for building genuine relationships and a desire to see residents enjoying themselves
• Holds a Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent).
• Holds a standard driver's license
