Job summary

Aegis Aged Care Group is seeking a Resident Lifestyle Officer to design and deliver meaningful lifestyle programs for residents in a supportive aged care setting. You will lead, coordinate and participate in daily therapy activities under supervision, ensuring exceptional customer service and resident wellbeing.

Key requirements include strong organisation, team leadership, and experience in therapy and aged care.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or higher or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating enjoyable lifestyle programs in aged care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive lifestyle programs in the facility.
• Coordinate, supervise and participate in daily lifestyle and therapy delivery.
• Assist with admissions, discuss dining options and help residents settle in.
• Act as dining liaison to fulfil resident dietary requests.
• Manage lifestyle programs, intergenerational activities, bookings and outings.
• Organise resident and relative meetings and coordinate volunteers.
• Be available to address residents' and families' queries as needed.
