Bolton Clarke in Heathfield (Adelaide Hills) is seeking a frontline carer focused on nutrition and dining to support residents with person-centred care. You will assist in meal preparation, presentation and serving, while aligning with individual preferences and daily routines.

Key responsibilities include promoting dignity, accommodating allergies, and delivering compassionate support during mealtimes in a not-for-profit aged care environment. Training and police/NDIS checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Compassionate and caring attitude.
• Willingness to take direction from others.
• Reliability and shift flexibility.
• Good time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc).
• Complete a police check and/or NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsabilités

• Provide care and support with residents’ daily routines.
• Focus on meal choices, nutrition and allergies.
• Enhance the overall dining experience and assist with meal selections.
• Prepare and set up dining areas to meet individual needs.
• Engage with residents to provide social and emotional support during meals.
• Maintain dining information and ensure food safety compliance.
