Job summary

Vista Hospitality Group seeks a Reservations Agent (voco and Hotel Indigo) in Brisbane to maximize occupancy and revenue through effective reservation handling across multiple channels. You will support group bookings, events, and front desk activities as required.

You will work with Opera PMS, Simphony POS and Concerto/TARS, ensuring accurate, timely bookings and high customer service standards. This is a full-time role with opportunities within Vista and IHG networks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with reservations activities is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive and enter reservations from phone, email, website and other channels.
• Support Reservations Supervisor with SOPs and processes for hotel bookings.
• Maintain group booking engine and related websites; update content, images, packages and rates.
• Manage third party channels; load rates, updates and troubleshoot issues.
• Process cancellations and modifications; prepare confirmations and maintain records.
• Monitor group reservations, draft contracts, and update quotes for accuracy.
