ULTIQA on the Gold Coast is seeking a Reservations Agent to deliver exceptional guest service. You will respond to enquiries by phone or email, convert inquiries into bookings, and manage reservations from enquiry to arrival with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with property management systems is a plus.
