Job summary

Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking a Project Officer to join the Office of Research Services, Research Portfolio. You will administer externally funded research projects, including grants, consultancies, and commercial engagements, and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels of the University.

You will provide guidance on policies, manage project establishment, variations, and reporting, while staying current with industry developments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn policies and procedures in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Administers externally funded research projects (grants, consultancies, engagements).
• Liaises with internal and external stakeholders across the University.
