The University of Queensland invites applications for a Research Fellow to lead the Professional Development Education and Training Program within the MISHC. Based at the St Lucia Campus, you will shape education strategies, supervise researchers and collaborate with industry and government to translate expertise into real-world impact.

You will pursue independent and collaborative research, drive high-quality education for professionals, and travel to deliver MISHC courses internationally,

Formación

• Postgraduate qualification or equivalent with extensive relevant experience.
• Experience in risk management and health and safety in high-risk industries.
• Knowledge of contemporary pedagogical approaches and remote learning for professionals.
• Experience designing and delivering education for industry/government professionals.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.

• Lead strategic direction for the education and training portfolio.
• Design, deliver and evaluate high-quality professional education programs.
