Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant discipline such as speech pathology, audiology or related field.
• Demonstrated research expertise in communication disability, hearing health, health services research, implementation science, co-design and person‑ and family‑centred care.
• Experience across the lifespan is highly desirable.
• Evidence of a growing research profile including designing, coordinating and delivering research projects and publications.

Responsibilities

• Develop an independent and/or team research program in hearing health and communication disability research, publish high-quality outputs and progress translation and impact.
• Contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching activities and maintain high teaching standards.
• Supervise Honours and HDR students and support researcher capability development.
