The Royal Melbourne Hospital invites applications for a Contracts Officer in the Office for Research, Parkville VIC. You will coordinate research agreements from enquiry to execution, liaising with researchers and stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant contracts.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in a similar role, a Law or health-related degree, and strong organisation and stakeholder skills. You will work independently within RMH processes to advance research start-up and contract

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a similar contract/agreements role.
• Degree in Law or health-related discipline or equivalent.
• Strong organisation, detail orientation and prioritisation.
• Ability to work independently within established frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate research agreements from receipt to signing.
• Review and negotiate contracts within guidelines.
• Obtain internal approvals and manage execution.
• Monitor contract progress and maintain records.
• Support research start-up and enable timely project commencement.
• Coordinate enquiries and manage the shared inbox.
