Job summary

Gilmore Resources in Brisbane is seeking an analytics and insights professional to support a Queensland-wide rollout. You will build reporting, dashboards and insights to show leadership how the rollout is tracking across programs and governance.

You will work with large datasets from multiple sources, develop reporting frameworks, metrics and benefits realisation, and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Reporting and analytics within large, complex programs or organisational change initiatives.
• Building dashboards and visualisations using BI and reporting tools.
• Data analysis, trend identification and forecasting, and turning complex information into actionable insights.
• Working with large datasets from multiple sources, including legacy and new systems.
• Developing reporting frameworks, performance metrics and benefits realisation reporting.
• Preparing reports, presentations and briefings for leadership and governance groups.
• Stakeholder engagement and presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong data quality focus and attention to detail.
• Education, workforce management or enterprise systems implementation experience (desirable).
