Job summary

Amer Sports EMEA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the PM shift (11:30am–8:00pm) at the new Cranbourne West warehouse in Australia. The role leads inbound processing, replenishment, and outbound fulfilment, driving service, productivity and safety targets.

You will coach Team Leads and warehouse teams, allocate resources, monitor performance, and ensure replenishment supports timely fulfilment. A strong safety and continuous improvement mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading warehouse operations in high-volume distribution.
• Proven ability to lead operational teams and frontline supervisors.
• Expertise in inbound, replenishment, fulfilment, inventory flow and labour management.
• Experience with WMS, ERP and operations reporting tools.
• Leadership style focused on safety, engagement, accountability and continuous improvement.

Amer Sports is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor (PM Shift of 11:30am until 8pm) at our new warehouse in Cranbourne West. The role is responsible for leading PM shift operations across inbound processing, replenishment execution and outbound fulfilment activities.

• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and operational reporting tools to manage service, productivity, and customer outcomes.
• Demonstrated leadership style that promotes safety, engagement, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while positively influencing culture and leading change.
