Job summary

Woolworths Group in Brisbane is seeking a Replenishment ADM to support the optimal CFC operations by ensuring timely stock availability for online orders and adherence to inventory and food safety processes. You will assist the Replenishment Manager, lead the team when needed, and participate in safety checks.

You'll collaborate with the eCom and product teams, support rostering and training, and coach team members to grow talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting the Replenishment Department.
• Retail roles with a focus on support functions.
• Understanding of online order fulfilment processes and systems.
• Knowledge of inventory management, production, and replenishment practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management, planning and organising tasks.
• Ability to coach and engage team members.
• Experience using computers and digital tools for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations within the department.
• Work with the Replenishment Manager on business-as-usual tasks and opportunities; partner with eCom to maximise efficiencies and ensure complete orders with freshest quality.
• Ensure adherence to safety and food safety standards and maintain compliance.
• Support payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate team payments.
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure fresh, high-quality products and accurate order fulfilment.
• Assist in driving improvements by working with peers and other CFC teams.
• Support rostering and training, ensuring EA and training requirements are met.
• Help coach and develop team members to ensure future talent growth.

About the role

As a Replenishment ADM, you will support the optimal CFC operations by ensuring timely stock availability for online orders. You will help support adherence to all inventory and food safety processes and procedures making sure we have the right stock at the right time. Assisting the Replenishment Manager, this role helps lead the team and steps in as leader when needed. As a part of creating a safe working environment, all candidates for this role can expect to undergo a pre-employment medical check as part of the recruitment process.
