Job summary

Construction Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to oversee responsive repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in Stratford. You will supervise operatives, monitor productivity and safety, ensuring works are completed on time to contract requirements and within RAMS guidelines.

The role involves liaising with planners, subcontractors and client teams, plus maintaining records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience as Repairs Supervisor or Senior Operative in social housing or property maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge across multiple trades.
• Experience using Schedule of Rates (SOR) codes and pricing structures.
• Understanding of health and safety, RAMS and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing teams and monitoring performance.

Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to oversee responsive repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in Stratford.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Repairs Supervisor or Senior Operative within social housing or property maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge across multiple trades.
• Experience using Schedule of Rates (SOR) codes and pricing structures.
• Understanding of health and safety, RAMS and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing teams and monitoring performance.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and mobile work management systems.
• CSCS card.
• SSSTS, SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely would be advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.
