The successful candidate will hold 18th Edition, AM2 and 2391 qualifications, a full UK driving licence and DBS clearance. A van and fuel card are provided, along with generous leave and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of electrical safety, wiring regs and testing.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and job tickets accurately.
• Experience delivering domestic electrical services to a range of properties.

• Clean driving licence and reliable transport to site locations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installations, maintenance and repairs in domestic properties.

• Replace sockets, fittings and associated electrical components.

An established property services organisation is recruiting Electricians to support housing maintenance contracts across Ealing, Croydon and the surrounding areas of London.

The successful candidates will carry out electrical maintenance, testing, installation and repair work across residential properties, ensuring compliance with current regulations and maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.
