Job summary

Construction Resources Limited. is seeking a versatile Multi Trade Operative to deliver reactive repairs and general property maintenance across residential properties in and around Stratford, with travel to North and East London.

You will handle plumbing repairs, carpentry tasks, and other maintenance duties, using PDA/digital systems, while upholding health & safety and customer service standards in occupied homes.

Qualifications

• Part P qualification is desirable.
• Working knowledge and experience of plumbing.
• Ability to diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in tenanted/occupied properties.
• Experience using PDA or mobile job management systems.
• Additional relevant trade qualifications.
• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 qualification required.
• Clean and valid UK driving licence.
• DBS check, or willingness to undertake.

Responsibilities

We are recruiting experienced and versatile Multi Trade Operatives to join our client in the Stratford area.

In this role, you’ll carry out reactive repairs and general property maintenance across residential properties, helping to ensure homes are safe, comfortable and well-maintained. You’ll be supported by modern digital systems designed to keep work flowing efficiently and provide you with the information you need to deliver a first-class service.
