Job summary

Construction Resources Limited. is seeking a skilled Multi Trader to perform responsive repairs and maintenance across residential properties in Hastings and surrounding areas. The role covers carpentry, plumbing, plastering and general building tasks with a focus on quality workmanship.

The candidate will diagnose faults, work independently or in a team, and ensure high-standard outcomes across tenanted properties, with a driving licence and DBS check as part of the requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple maintenance trades.
• Competent in carpentry, plumbing, plastering and general building repairs.
• Experience working in tenanted properties.
• Full UK driving licence.
• DBS check or willingness to undertake one.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general property repairs and maintenance.
• Complete carpentry repairs and basic joinery.
• Undertake minor plumbing repairs and installations.
• Carry out patch plastering, tiling and decorating repairs.
• Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs.

Salary: Up to £40,660 depending on experience

About the Role

Our client is looking for experienced Multi Traders to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance across residential properties in Hastings and the surrounding areas.

• Carry out general property repairs and maintenance




• Complete carpentry repairs and basic joinery




• Undertake minor plumbing repairs and installations

Requirements
