Job summary

Momentum Consulting Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Supervisor to oversee the Repair Team at Homebush, coordinating with service, logistics and warranty personnel to deliver timely repairs.

You will lead technicians, drive fast, high-quality turnarounds, and ensure safety and quality standards across multiple robotic vacuum models.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics repair, mechatronics, robotics, or a related technical field.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a workshop, repair centre, or service environment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team while maintaining high standards.
• Familiarity with smart home devices advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations of the robotic vacuum repair centre, ensuring fast, high quality turnaround.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of repair technicians.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and connectivity issues across multiple robotic vacuum models.
• Implement and refine repair workflows, quality checks, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with customer service, logistics, and warranty teams to keep repairs moving smoothly.
• Track KPIs, repair volumes, parts usage, and reporting metrics.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workshop environment.
• Provide hands on technical support for complex or escalated repairs.
