Auto & General is seeking a Renewal Pricing Analyst to support the Renewal Pricing Manager in managing renewal pricing for major products. You will work with a team to develop, implement and monitor renewal prices to meet business objectives.

You will undertake data-driven analysis, build automated data pipelines, test pricing changes and collaborate with underwriting, sales, marketing and IT to enhance pricing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of statistical modelling techniques and predictive modelling approaches (e.g. GLMs, machine learning).
• Programming knowledge (e.g. SAS, R, Python, SQL, GCP).
• Degree qualified in mathematics, actuarial studies or similar.
• Progress towards Actuarial qualifications viewed favourably.

Responsabilités

• Undertake tasks as directed by senior team members efficiently and with due care.
• Manage and manipulate large data sets and implement automated data pipelines.
• Conduct technical analysis and draw insights with clear recommendations.
• Perform regular and ad-hoc reporting of pricing measures and monitor renewal pricing algorithms.
• Collaborate with underwriting, sales, marketing and IT to improve performance.
