Job summary

ACCIONA is hiring an experienced Materials & Logistics Coordinator for a remote project in NSW. You will manage receipt, storage and distribution of materials to site teams on a 14 days on/7 days off roster.

Strong experience in warehouse, inventory control and WMS is required; drivers licence and White Card are essential. Bus transport from Sydney is provided; travel to site may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Storeperson, Warehouse Officer or Logistics Officer in large projects.
• Knowledge of materials management and inventory control.
• Proficient with WMS and inventory systems; strong recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming materials and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory, stock movements and records.
• Coordinate storage, tracking and distribution of materials to site.
• Perform stocktakes and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure safe, secure storage and compliance with project requirements.
