Job summary

ACCIONA COBRA Joint Venture is seeking an experienced Materials & Logistics Coordinator for a remote project in NSW. You will manage receipt, storage and distribution of materials across the Central-West Orana REZ project, ensuring accurate records and timely support to construction teams.

The role involves working in a busy warehouse environment, with stocktakes, movement tracking, and liaison with procurement and site teams. A Construction White Card and a valid driver’s licence are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Storeperson, Warehouse or Logistics Officer in large projects.
• Proven materials management and inventory control experience.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems and MS Office.
• Strong stock control, receipting and issuing knowledge.
• Current Construction White Card and driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and accurately record incoming materials, equipment and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all material movements are recorded in WMS.
• Coordinate storage, tracking and distribution of materials across the project.
• Pick, prepare and issue materials and equipment to construction teams as required.
• Conduct regular stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages and damaged materials.
• Ensure materials are stored safely and in accordance with project requirements.
• Maintain records for purchase orders, delivery dockets and stock movements.
• Liaise with procurement, construction, logistics and project teams to ensure availability.
• Assist with deliveries and movement of materials to/from site.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure all activities meet safety, environmental and quality standards.
