Job summary

ACCIONA in NSW is seeking an experienced Materials & Logistics Coordinator to optimise stock, manage receipts and coordinate efficient material flow for a major infrastructure project. The role covers storage, recording and issuing materials across the site teams on a 14/7 roster.

You will work within a busy warehouse environment, using WMS and MS Office, ensuring accurate records and timely delivery to construction sites. A White Card and valid licence are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Storeperson, Warehouse Officer or Logistics Officer in large-scale projects.
• Proven materials management and inventory control experience.
• Proficient with WMS and MS Office.
• Strong stock control and movement processes.
• Experience with stocktakes and reconciliations.
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Ability to work with multiple project teams and meet deadlines.
• Construction White Card and driver's license held.
• Experience in infrastructure or renewables is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to Sydney or site as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and record incoming materials accurately.
• Maintain inventory records and stock movements.
• Coordinate storage, tracking and distribution across the project.
• Pick and issue materials to construction teams.
• Conduct regular stocktakes and reconciliations.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve shortages.
• Ensure safe storage and compliance with requirements.
• Liaise with procurement, construction and logistics teams.
• Support deliveries to site and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Uphold safety, environmental and quality standards.
