Responsibilities

• Identify, screen and assess renewable energy acquisition and investment opportunities.
• Coordinate M&A processes involving project SPV acquisitions and joint ventures.
• Review information memoranda, data rooms, project documentation and transaction materials.
• Prepare investment papers and management presentations.
• Support internal investment approvals and market analysis.
• Coordinate with EPC and Engineering teams to align assumptions.
