The role sits in the Reward Delivery team and emphasizes governance, benchmarking and stakeholder collaboration to enhance employee experiences through effective reward practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reward/Remuneration roles in large or complex organisations.
• Strong capability in remuneration benchmarking and job evaluation.
• Exposure to annual remuneration reviews and incentive processes.
• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted reward advice to People & Culture teams and stakeholders with benchmarking and internal relativity assessments.
• Ensure consistent application of reward frameworks, policies and governance.
• Facilitate job evaluations using Mercer IPE methodology with evidence-based recommendations.
• Support annual remuneration reviews and incentive programs.
• Conduct remuneration surveys and market analysis to identify trends.
• Contribute to reward projects and data-led continuous improvements.
• Maintain compliance with reward governance, approvals and audit requirements.
