Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is looking for an Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal based in Australia for a fully remote role. You will support a U.S. legal team with estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters, drafting essential documents and coordinating case administration.

You will work closely with attorneys, clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other stakeholders. The role requires five years of experience, familiarity with U.S.

Qualifications

• Five years of professional paralegal, lawyer, or attorney experience.
• Two years with a U.S. estate planning and/or probate law firm.
• Experience drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, pleadings, and filings.
• Experience with U.S. probate procedures and court filing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, and organize estate planning documents.
• Draft probate petitions, pleadings, notices, inventories, accounts, and filings.
• Assist with probate proceedings, trust administration, and estate administration.
• Coordinate case information, deadlines, and filings.
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions.
• Prepare correspondence and filing packages.
• Maintain digital case files and records.
• Coordinate document execution and notarization.
• Conduct legal research related to estate planning and probate.
