Lawlit, an Australian migration law practice led by Justin K. Rickard, is seeking a Remote Legal Assistant/Junior Paralegal to support intake, file organization, and client communications from India or offshore.

The role offers 100% remote work aligned with Australian Eastern Time and a chance to work closely with senior management on pre-lodgment assessments and ART appeals. You will maintain Google Workspace docs and sheets, assist with visa submissions, and help manage outreach tracking.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Laws or final-year law student.
• Paralegal qualification preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English with professional business communication.
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and scheduling tools.

Mansioni

• Streamline client intake and outreach tracking with senior management.
• Prepare and audit client files for preliminary assessments and reviews.
• Maintain B2B agency outreach and client tracking in Google Sheets/CRM.
• Schedule executive briefings, send follow-ups, and manage inbox communications.
• Compile criteria, policies, and checklists for visa submissions and ART briefs.
