Nlp People is seeking a Remote Planning Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service across in-person, phone, and email channels. You will assist clients in planning seamless travel experiences, prepare itineraries, and manage bookings while maintaining meticulous records in line with regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US, UK, Australia, LATAM, or Spain.
• Must have access to reliable internet.
• Must be 18 years of age and be authorized to work in the US.
• 2 years’ experience in a dedicated HR Advisor role.
• Strong background in blue-collar recruitment and EBA interpretation.
• Advanced MS Office skills and high attention to detail.
• A helpful, initiative-driven approach to HR service delivery.
• Working from Home/remotely option/independent consultant.
• Credentials, E & O Insurance (Required by law), Licensing, and Certifications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A background in customer service, ideally within travel, tourism, or hospitality.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and a proactive mindset.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems and booking tools quickly.
• A genuine enthusiasm for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities
