Enosi seeks a Remote Travel Itinerary Specialist to design customized itineraries, coordinate reservations, and keep clients informed from planning to departure. This fully remote role suits someone organized, customer-focused, and comfortable with online booking tools.

You will work independently with established systems, while receiving onboarding, ongoing training, and access to travel industry resources.

• Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and provide itinerary updates.
• Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options based on client needs.
• Monitor reservation changes, travel schedules, and outstanding booking items.
• Maintain organized digital records and client documentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
