Job summary

Pickles Auctions in Belmore is seeking a permanent, full-time Transport Coordinator to join the National Transport Services team. You'll manage transport for customers and vendors, coordinate with vendors, handle calls and data entry in a fast-paced environment.

This hybrid role offers Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with remote work options including 9 days per fortnight from home and one day in the office. Strong communication and meticulous data entry skills are essential, with opportunities

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport with vendors and customers via phone, email and in person.
• Verify transport arrangements within agreed time frames.
• Invoice debtors for transport services.
• Data entry of transport orders and updates.
