Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking dedicated Labourers to join the Central-West Orana REZ Transmission Project in New South Wales. You will assist with the construction, erection, and installation support of high-voltage transmission lines and infrastructure as part of a remote roster (14 days on, 7 days off).

Travel arrangements may be required to Sydney or site if you reside outside NSW. Applicants should have White Card, be physically fit, and willing to undergo pre-employment medical and police checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction or transmission line work preferred.
• Construction White Card.
• Working at Heights ticket preferred.
• Basic rigging or dogman ticket desirable.
• Physically fit and able to work in remote outdoor conditions.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check.

Responsibilities

• Assist erection and installation of transmission line structures.
• Support conductor stringing, sagging, and tensioning.
• Carry materials including poles, fittings, and hardware.
• Assist rigging crews, dogmen, and crane operators during lifting.
• Perform general civil and transmission line labouring duties.
• Maintain strict adherence to site safety and environmental procedures.
• Work at heights and in remote conditions as required.
