Job summary

ACCIONA is currently looking for Civil All Rounders for their Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone project located in Mudgee, New South Wales. This role involves supporting civil construction activities within high-voltage infrastructure projects and requires candidates with experience operating mobile plant equipment.

The position operates on a 14 days on, 7 days off schedule with specific travel arrangements for candidates. We invite individuals passionate about contributing to renewable energy and sustainability to apply.

Qualifications

• Construction White Card is required.
• Previous experience in civil, construction, mining, or major projects is needed.
• HRW licences including RB, RI, DG, LF are essential.
• Experience operating mobile plants including skid steer and excavator is beneficial.
• Trade backgrounds such as Carpentry and Fitting are highly regarded.
• Concrete and general civil works experience is valued.
• Ability to work safely in high-risk environments is necessary.
• Physical fitness is required for remote outdoor conditions.
• Current Driver's Licence is mandatory; HR Licence is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support civil construction activities across substations and projects.
• Assist with rigging, lifting, and material handling operations.
• Operate various plant and equipment including telehandlers and excavators.
• Help with concrete pours, finishing, and general civil works.
• Work alongside multiple trades and crews across the project.
• Maintain high safety standards and housekeeping on site.
• Perform general labouring and site support duties as required.
