Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Threat Intelligence Analyst (AI Training) to bring real-world adversary knowledge into cutting-edge AI models. This remote hourly contract role lets you analyze threat reports, campaigns, and attacker behavior to shape how AI understands threats.

You’ll evaluate indicators of compromise, end-to-end narratives, and AI-generated outputs, ensuring accuracy and realism. Collaborate asynchronously on task-based assignments and contribute to high-impact, global AI security

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in threat intelligence, SOC analysis, or cybersecurity research
• Solid familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, OSINT collection, or CTI workflows
• Ability to distinguish realistic attacker behavior from noise, hallucinations, or synthetic artifacts
• Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills
• Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously on task-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Analyze and classify real‑world threat reports, adversary campaigns, and attacker behavior
• Evaluate indicators of compromise, TTPs, and end‑to‑end attack narratives for accuracy and realism
• Help generate, structure, and validate threat intelligence data used to train and assess AI systems
• Review AI‑generated threat intelligence outputs and flag inconsistencies, errors, or fabricated data
• Apply your field experience to ensure AI reasoning reflects how threats are actually tracked and communicated in practice
