This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with flexible scheduling. You will analyze real-world attack paths, review red-team scenarios, and contribute to training data for AI-driven security insights while working 10-40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in pentesting, red teaming, or a blue-team role with deep attack knowledge.
• Understanding how real attacks unfold in production environments, not just theory.
• Ability to explain adversarial thinking clearly: attacker actions, rationale, and defender implications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze attack paths, kill chains, and adversary strategies across realistic system scenarios.
• Identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and defensive gaps in simulated environments.
• Review red-team-style scenarios and intrusion narratives for accuracy and depth.
• Generate, label, and validate adversarial reasoning data used to train AI systems.
• Articulate attack chains, risk propagation, and defender tradeoffs in structured formats.
• Work independently and asynchronously on scheduled tasks.
