Job summary

HWLE Lawyers is seeking an experienced tender writer to join on a 6-month contract with flexible hybrid work options across Australia. You will lead the bid lifecycle from concept to submission, crafting persuasive proposals and tailored capability statements.

You will collaborate with marketing specialists, partners and lawyers to meet deadlines, manage stakeholder input and continuously improve bid responses.

Qualifications

• Experienced tender writer with sharp eye for detail and client-focused submissions.
• Strong bid management capability and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Strategic thinker who contributes ideas to improve responses to RFTs, RFPs and tender opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the bid process from start to finish.
• Write persuasive proposals, tenders and quotations.
• Draft tailored client and practice group capability statements.
• Project manage timelines and source contributions from multiple stakeholders.
• Attend debriefs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
