The CareSide is seeking a technically savvy Marketing Specialist to lead web analytics, CRO, and AI-driven marketing initiatives. This remote role offers flexible hours and a chance to influence performance across a distributed marketing team.

Responsibilities include analytics, A/B testing, tracking setup, and AI-enabled workflows. You’ll partner with developers and content teams to optimize engagement and conversions while growing your skills.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in web analytics and technical marketing.
• Hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM.
• Experience using SEMrush and SEO software.
• Hands-on CRO and end-to-end optimization.
• Comfortable identifying and prioritizing signals for business impact.
• Familiar with AI experimentation in marketing workflows.

Aufgaben

• Analyze website analytics and user behavior to provide strategic recommendations.
• Launch A/B tests using VWO, Optimizely, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with developers on crawlability, indexing, and technical fixes.
• Own the ongoing setup and optimization of tracking in GA4 and GTM.
• Identify and deploy AI across marketing and sales stacks to improve performance.
• Work with content teams to build marketing assets using Lovable or Replit.
