Job summary

CSC Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation is seeking a Technical Analyst for Enterprise Customer Platforms. This remote, full-time role supports the Architecture team to shape technology solutions that enhance the digital experience for CSC members and employers.

You will work with Senior Architects, Solution Architects, Delivery Managers, Product Owners and delivery teams to translate requirements into practical designs, manage discovery activities, and develop technical documentation

Qualifications

Formal IT development qualifications; higher-level qualifications preferred.
ACS and Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II are advantageous.
3+ years’ experience as a Technical Analyst delivering solutions across complex enterprise environments.
Experience with Salesforce platforms (CRM, Web Self-Service, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Mobile Publisher, Data 360 and Tableau) is beneficial.
Experience with integrations and APIs (MuleSoft or similar) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support Architects in analysing business initiatives and translating requirements into documented solution options and recommendations.
Develop and maintain artefacts such as design documents, architecture records, data flows, and non-functional requirements.
Document current-state and future-state architectures across systems and processes.
Analyse impacts across applications, data, security, and operations.
Define solution scope, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and constraints.
Participate in discovery activities, workshops, and stakeholder consultations.
Elicit, analyse, document, and validate requirements (business, functional, non-functional).
Support architecture governance activities including Design Authority and architecture review processes.
Ensure solution documentation aligns with CSC standards and patterns.
Document API, integration, authentication, and data exchange requirements.
Support integration analysis and mapping between enterprise systems.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with standards.
