Job summary

Curiosity Tree Early Education is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the end-to-end candidate experience in a flexible, remote, part-time role. You will screen resumes, match candidates to our childcare centres, and coordinate interviews while maintaining warm, professional communication with applicants.

You'll work in our People & Culture team, reporting to the People & Culture Lead, with 16 hours per week and scope to increase during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, from initial screen to offer.
• Strong communication and candidate-care mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles and candidates remotely.
• Comfort with flexible, part-time, remote work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and match candidates to roles across our early education network.
• Recommend shortlisted candidates to centre and senior management.
• Coordinate interviews with management, remotely or onsite as needed.
• Manage pre-employment checks and vacancy closures.
• Be the main point of contact for candidates with prompt, warm communication.
