Curiosity Tree Early Education is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team, offering 100% work-from-home with 16 hours per week and potential to 20 hours during peak periods. Reporting to the People & Culture Lead, you’ll own the end-to-end candidate experience from initial screen to offer, acting as the friendly face of Curiosity Tree throughout the recruitment

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years recruitment experience in high-volume environment.
• Experience in childcare or teaching sector preferred.
• Experience using Employment Hero is advantageous.
• Home office with computer capable of running Teams.
• Ability to conduct occasional 15-minute screening interviews in the evening.
• Strong communication and candidate management skills.
• Current Blue Card or willingness to obtain one.

Aufgaben

• Screen resumes and match candidates to roles across childcare centres.
• Recommend shortlisted candidates to centre and senior management.
• Coordinate onsite face-to-face interviews with management.
• Manage pre-employment checks and close vacancies.
• Be the main point of contact for candidates with prompt, warm communication.
