Job summary

Precisely, a leader in data integrity, is seeking a skilled Support Engineer to join our global technical support team. You will provide world-class support for Sterling B2B Integrator, Sterling File Gateway, and related products, resolving complex issues across UNIX/Linux environments and cloud platforms.

With 2-5 years in technical support, you will communicate clearly, document findings, and contribute to knowledge bases.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (equivalent work experience accepted).
2–5 years of experience in Technical Support or related customer-facing technical role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and analytical troubleshooting abilities.
Experience supporting Sterling B2B Integrator / Sterling File Gateway / Global Mailbox.

Responsibilities

Provide world-class technical support over phone, email, and remote desktop, meeting SLA requirements and documenting critical information.
Address and resolve issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Investigate, analyze, and solve complex problems across platforms, software systems, and databases.
Understand enterprise system complexities and determine the root cause across product, libraries, or platform layers.
Continuously learn new technology and share knowledge within the team.
Create comprehensive internal and external Knowledge Base documentation for customers and teammates.
Debug and propose solutions addressing product issues and improvements.
Participate in periodic weekend on-call support shifts.
