Precisely is seeking a Support Engineer to join our global data integration team. You will provide world-class technical support for Sterling B2B Integrator, Sterling File Gateway, and related products, across cloud and on-premises environments.

The role demands strong troubleshooting, scripting, and collaboration, with on-call rotations and a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficiency with AI-assisted workflows is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (equivalent work experience accepted).
• 2-5 years in Technical Support/Application Support/Customer-facing technical role.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to handle tight deadlines.
• Experience with Sterling B2B Integrator/Sterling File Gateway/Global Mailbox.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class technical support via phone, email, and remote access while meeting SLA requirements.
• Resolve issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Investigate and solve complex problems across platforms and databases.
• Assess whether issues originate from product, third-party libraries, or user code.
• Learn new technology and share knowledge within the team.
• Create Knowledge Base documentation for customers and team members.
• Debug and propose solutions for product issues and enhancements.
• Participate in periodic weekend on-call shifts.
