The role supports a fully remote culture with no billable hour targets, offering collaboration with a high-quality team across ASX-listed and international clients.

The firm focuses on corporate and commercial work, including private M&A, capital raisings, and advisory mandates, with a flexible setup across Brisbane

Formación

• Experience in corporate & commercial law with M&A exposure.
• Ability to own matters and manage clients directly.
• Comfort with a remote work culture and flexible scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Handle complex corporate and commercial matters for major clients.
• Act as an outsourced legal function with ongoing client collaboration.
• Contribute to private M&A, capital raisings and IPO advisory work when applicable.
