The practice focuses on corporate and commercial work, including software licensing, vendor arrangements, and privacy/compliance issues arising in technology

Qualificações

• Significant commercial law experience with software/technology contracts.
• Experience handling vendor and licensing agreements for IT platforms and services.
• Ability to manage matters autonomously and communicate directly with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology and software contract matters for clients, including licensing and IP considerations.
• Drive vendor agreements, SOWs, and end-user terms for software platforms.
• Assist with technology-related due diligence and M&A work as part of the practice.
• Engage with clients to understand business needs and deliver practical legal solutions.
