Qualifications

• Requires a strong general commercial lawyer with meaningful experience across IT, software, licensing or technology contracts.
• Autonomy to own matters and direct client work is essential.
• Experience at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level with ~15+ years PQE is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise on software and technology matters for vendor and client side.
• Draft and negotiate IT contracts, licensing, and SaaS agreements.
• Lead deal work including technology acquisitions and due diligence.
• Interface directly with clients and manage matters with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with a remote team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
