Qualifikationen

• Special Counsel level M&A and Commercial Lawyer with senior experience
• Autonomy to own matters and interact directly with clients
• Experience with ASX-listed, national and international clients is a plus
• Experience with private M&A matters (typical deal size $10m–$100m) would be advantageous

• Own and manage M&A and commercial matters for clients
• Advise clients and act as their outsourced legal team
• Collaborate with a team of very experienced peers and maintain strong client relationships
