Compass Group Australia is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team at remote accommodation villages in Moura, Central Queensland. The role follows a 14 days on, 10 days off DIDO roster, with drive-in, drive-out rotations inviting locals to apply.

You will oversee daily cleaning operations, train staff, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations while promoting a safe, collaborative workplace culture across shift teams.

Formación

• Proven supervisory experience in mine site housekeeping context.
• Commercial experience in hotel, mining or resort environments preferred.
• Open Australian Driver's Licence.
• Ability to lead a team and drive safety culture.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for training and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train a housekeeping team to meet contractual standards.
• Motivate and coach staff to achieve targets and compliance.
• Work hands-on with the team in daily operations on site.
