Job summary

Compass Group Australia is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor for remote accommodation villages in Moura, Central Queensland. This 14 days on, 10 days off, drive-in drive-out role requires leading a team to maintain clean facilities and comply with contractual obligations.

You will train and motivate the team, work alongside management, and actively participate in safety culture and on-site operations. Open Australian driver’s licence and mining/ hotel experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role on mine sites.
• Commercial experience in hotel/mining/resort environments.
• Open Australian Drivers Licence.
• Ability to lead and develop a team with strong ownership of performance.
• Commitment to driving a positive and sustainable safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead a housekeeping team to meet contractual obligations and cleanliness standards.
• Train, lead and motivate the team, working with management to achieve results.
• Carry out hands-on duties alongside the team.
