Compass Group Australia is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead operations at remote accommodation villages in Moura, Central Queensland. The role requires hands-on leadership, training and ensuring facilities are cleaned to contractual standards.

The position involves 14 days on, 10 days off, drive-in/drive-out in remote sites. A strong safety mindset and ability to manage teams in challenging environments are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role on mine sites.
• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning in hotels, mining or resort settings is preferred.
• Open Australian Driver's License and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a housekeeping team to meet contractual standards and cleanliness.
• Train, motivate and supervise staff to achieve targets and safety goals.
• Work hands-on with the team in a physically demanding environment.
